About

Hi, I’m Alex — and CyberSafeDaily exists for one simple reason: staying safe online shouldn’t require a computer science degree.

Most security advice is either too technical, too scary, or trying to sell you something. Here, the goal is different: plain-English guides that tell you what actually matters and what to do about it — whether that’s setting up a VPN, choosing a password manager, removing malware, or spotting a scam.

What we cover

  • VPNs — what they do, when you need one, how to choose.
  • Passwords & logins — strong passwords, password managers, two-factor authentication.
  • Antivirus & malware — real protection without the fear-mongering.
  • Privacy & scams — protect your data and recognise the tricks.

Our approach

  • Clear, not technical. If it needs jargon, we explain the jargon.
  • Honest. We tell you when you don’t need to buy something.
  • Practical. Every guide ends with what to actually do.
